If your young lacrosse player suffers from allergies or asthma, rest assured that she'll be in great hands while attending a Sum It Up Lacrosse camp for boys or girls.
Our staff of Certified Athletic Trainers are available at every camp to handle medical emergencies. Jayme (left), Heather (center), and Sue (right) are just three members of our amazing medical team who will be back this summer.If your child has a special medical condition that may affect his/her time at camp (e.g., allergies and/or asthma), please download, complete, and return this medical waiver prior to the start of camp.
Parents of children who are healthy and do not have special medical conditions that will affect their time at camp, do not need to fill out a medical waiver. These parents will be asked to check a box that their child is fit and healthy for camp when they register.
