Are your kids ready for a summer to remember (or at least a week)? We are ready to give them one! From stick work to team challenges to arts and crafts, we’re ready to dust off our lacrosse sticks, get out on the field, and have a blast with campers. Here are seven reasons why you’ll want to sign up your son or daughter and have them join us:

1. Get Outdoors

With so many students learning virtually behind screens and afterschool activities at a standstill, it’s super exciting to look forward to having your children outside and back into a daily active routine of summer lacrosse camp.

2. Practice, Practice, Practice

Whether your children are beginners or veteran lacrosse players, it’s time to dust off their lacrosse sticks, get them back on the field, and have them practice with new and old friends.

3. Build Confidence

Your player is full of talents and skills whether on the field, at the craft table, or on the playground. Our lacrosse coaches find each child’s unique abilities and help players feel confident and comfortable on and off the field.

4. Earn Player of the Day Stickers

Player of the Day stickers are awarded at the end of each day to campers who demonstrate good sportsmanship, are team players, or embody what it means to be a well-rounded lacrosse player.

5. Find New Friends

It’s all about teamwork at SLL. Campers are surrounded by peers their own age as well as with teammates of various ages on their color or clan teams. They’ll have plenty of time to find and make new friends and hang out with old friends.

6. Learn Lacrosse Games

Learn and perfect lacrosse through fun-filled games and lacrosse drills like Farmers and Chickens, Lily Pad, or Fastest Shot (with the radar gun).

7. Collect Swax Swag

All campers get some goodies during the week to add to the fun — a collectible Swax Lax Lacrosse t-shirt (which they’ll tie-dye!), a Swax Lax lacrosse training ball, popsicles, arts and crafts projects they’ll create and take home, and best of all, memories! If your children have been craving to let loose and have good outdoor fun, then sign them up now for a week or two of Swax Lax Lacrosse summer camp. They’ll thank you later!
