Swax Lax Lacrosse will refund registration fees, less a $25 admin charge, for cancellations communicated to us in writing at least two weeks prior to the program start date. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the program start date.
**COVID-19 Related Cancellation
Full refunds will be provided if our camp locations are closed as mandated by the CDC, local health, school, or other government agencies.
Those attending our Pingry camps (summer 2021) are required to have a non-invasive, saliva based COVID-19 test administered by Pingry prior to attending camp. If the COVID-19 test is positive, a full refund will be issued less the $20 covid test fee.
For some of our clinic programs, we are able to offer a makeup date for cancellations due to extreme weather or unforeseen conflicts. The makeup date is provided at the time of registration. Swax Lax Lacrosse’s policy is not to issue credits or refunds for a cancelled clinic session if a makeup date is provided. Also, we will not issue credits or refunds if your child cannot attend the makeup date. However, for those clinic programs where a makeup date is not provided, participants are invited to join us at a session of a future clinic program.
For the most part, we like to play rain or shine since we do not have access to the fields, facilities, or coaches to reschedule events. Swax Lax Lacrosse’s policy is that we do not offer weather-related refunds for our camp programs. With the exception of Tatlock Field in Summit, most of our other camp locations offer some type of indoor space. If we are forced to cancel more than one day of camp during the week due to extremely poor weather, Swax Lax Lacrosse will offer a pro-rated credit towards a future camp or clinic for the second date cancelled.
Due to our partnership with the Pingry school, those who sign up for a camp at a Pingry school location may receive emails from the school. You will have the ability to opt out of those emails if you wish.
